Terms and Conditions of Sale
This section of our website sets out terms and conditions which apply specifically to the sale of goods by us to you.
All of the physical products supplied by us are covered by a 12 month
warranty following your shipment date. This covers you against defective
or missing products or product components.
Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must either be over 18 or have the permission of
your parent or guardian. By submitting your order you are offering to
buy the goods at the price set out in the order.
A delivery charge may be payable by you. The relevant delivery charge
will always be as shown on your order at the time you place the order.
If goods are delivered to you outside the EU there may be customs and
other import charges to pay in addition. Those are your responsibility,
and we do not calculate nor show those charges.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that
we have both accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. No
contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods. Any goods on the
same order the dispatch of which we have not confirmed to you will not
form part of that contract.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
If your order has already been submitted and you identify a mistake,
please contact us at our e-mail address above immediately. Please do
this before we confirm our acceptance of your order. We may be unable to
rectify mistakes after that, although you still have the right to
cancel as described in our Cancellation and Returns Policy below. In
addition to our guarantee, you have certain legal rights to a cooling
off period after the goods have been delivered to you. Details of these
rights, and instructions on what you need to do to exercise them, are
set out in our Returns Policy. We will also remind you of these when we
send our confirmation and acceptance of your order.
Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when
we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to
proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember
that we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods until
we have confirmed that we both have accepted your order and that it has
been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this.
Availability and Delivery
We will always display lead-times for our products on the webpages on which they are for sale.
If any goods are not in stock or, for any other reason, goods cannot be
delivered to you by the planned date, we will contact you giving you
details of the likely delivery date. If you would rather not wait, you
will have the right to cancel your order then. If we have already taken
payment for your order, we will re-credit your credit or debit card or
Paypal account in full for the goods for which you have cancelled your

damaged goods you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange
